How to wake up early in the morning without feeling "Groggy"?!


Question: How to wake up early in the morning without feeling "Groggy".?
Even when I get enough sleep, or more than enough sleep (9-10 hours), I still have this feeling of being sleepy when I have to wake up for school, but when I force myself to get up, and walk around for 5 minutes, I'm not tired at all any more.

is this normal.? like how you gotta warm up a car before driving it.?

because I'd liked to be able to have that fresh feeling the moment I wake up, instead of walking around like a zombie for 5 minutes.Health Question & Answer
