I need advice before I fall out?!

Question: I need advice before I fall out.?
Ok, everyday I get to a point where I am shaky, hungry, and exhausted. Here is what is going on:

First off I am 21 years old, 5 feet, and 100 pounds.

7am I eat a couple waffles or just some type of breakfast food, mainly waffles for on-the-go.

I work at McDonald's, so I get my break about 11am and I eat a sandwich or salad or whatever; usually the calories add up to about 700 (whoa I know). During work I am constantly moving, literally. I am hardly ever just standing.

Then I am not able to eat until dinner which is at about 5 to 5:30pm. Usually I cook a meat, veggies, rice, potato, or pasta.

Then I usually have some dessert.

At about 9pm I always eat something, like a small sandwich or pizza rolls, etc. If I don't then I am staving at like 2am.

I have a baby so I get up frequently throughout the night. I am know I need more sleep.

Ok, so Why am I so hungry and shaky by 4pm.? I need tips or some advice to help me not feel that way cause it is hard to cook and take care of the baby, etc. after work. I just get tired and I feel sick cause I am hungry and shaky. What can I do.? Please help. Health Question & Answer

Shakiness could be a sign of low blood sugar, which can happen very easily if you aren't eating frequently enough. Hunger usually is a sign that you need to eat (duh, I know), but it could also be your body's way of telling you to eat so that you can raise your blood sugar so that your body can function. Exhaustion could be because your body isn't getting the calories it needs to function properly.

It might help if you can sneak some of your toddler's snacks to munch on on your way home from work so that you get something between lunch and dinner. Dried fruit and fruit leather work really well because they give you lots of natural sugars and fiber. Cheese sticks also work well to give you protein.

You might also want to look at your normal diet and see if you might not be getting as much iron as you need. Anemia symptoms aren't quite like the ones you mentioned, but if you're iron levels are a little bit low you can feel out of whack.

My best advice is to see what changes you can make to your diet to make sure that every bite counts towards keeping your body stabilized and working the best that it can. Maybe you can add some peanut butter to your waffles in the morning, or making a waffle and scrambled egg sandwich to make sure you get some protein in the mornings. See where you can add in some fruits during the day (or a banana while you're on your way to work or something), and continue to make sure that your dinner is a balanced meal. If you can make sure to eat even a bite or two of something healthy every few hours you can help keep your blood sugar and blood pressure stabilized. also make sure that you drink plenty of water (or whatever liquid you like).

Hunger, shakiness, and exhaustion happen a lot in people who have eating disorders too, so know that you aren't alone in how you're feeling.Health Question & Answer

The time between your meals is too long. Your blood sugar is dropping down way low and that is what is causing you to be shaky, cranky, ready to pass out and feel like you are starving. Try to take a 10-15 minute break in the afternoon and eat a snack of an apple and or a banana. Peanut butter and crackers is good too. Just a few will help you make it through the afternoon.
