My sister recently came,from college because she became sick. She went to the hospital and at first, the doctors thought she had a parasite and gave her meds, but then they realized it was more than that. They are currently unsure of her problem. But here are her symptoms:
She can't keep any food down. Within minutes, she rushes to the bathroom to vomit or defecate.
Constant nasuea
Fatigue
Sore all over
Extreme stomach cramping
A seemingly "pulsating" stomach, different from hunger pains
She has lost 37 lbs since september and I am extremely worried about her. Has anyone heard of something like this.?.?.? Thanks in advance

I recommend a trip to an endocrinologist. I have been going through the same issues and am thought to have Addison's disease. A regular doctor is pretty useless in endocrine/autoimmune disorders.Health Question & Answer
There is certainly something going on with her digestive tract. It could be something inflammatory like crohns or ulcerative colitis. I would consult a Gastroenterologist. He will better be able to diagnosis her. In the meantime, try a bland diet. The bratty diet works best. It consists of bananas, rice, apple sauce, teas, toast, and yogurt. Have they checked for Lime's disease.? I have a friend who had it for several months before they even thought about testing for it and she had a lot of the same symptoms. Did she find a large welt where a bug could have bitten her.?Health Question & Answer
