Question: What's the best way to stay cool from heat.?
I've tired sleeping with ice bricks wrapped in towel's, sleeping on tiles in the kitchen.. There is no comfortable way of staying cool this summer. Ergh it's so hot! Any ideas.?Health Question & Answer

overhead fan, cold water at bedside, there are some gel pads that are cooling. I think you have to look around for that. Darken room, can you go to a basement or friend's home. or go to a hotel with ac. Can you buy a air conditioner for one room.
