How do I get better sleep on the weekend.? I go to bed usually around 12:30 and wake up almost every time between 9 and 10. I'd like to get more sleep so I can grow taller. What are ways that help u sleep longer.?Health Question & Answer

Don't take medication unless you talk to a doctor. The best advice is to keep the same schedule even on weekends. If you drink alcohol that will affect your sleep patterns, not for the better. Same with smoking.
