How long will it take till my body clock is fully fixed?!?!

Question: How long will it take till my body clock is fully fixed.?!.?
I have really bad sleeping habits/sleeping disorder and I'd sleep till the afternoon, like 2-6 pm because I'll go to bed around 4-5 am and it'll start all over again that night but for the past 3 days I've been waking up early :) I'm so happy, you absolutely have no idea lol. I have been going to bed around 11 pm and 1 am the latest but I still manage to wake up around 8-10 in the morning and I used to always be to tired to wake up in the mornings, and I'd just be exhausted and lately I'll just wake up, look at my clock and I'll get up regardless of me being tired. My question is, how long will it take till this becomes an everyday routine.? Like when will my body clock be completely fixed.? I heard it takes a week, is that true.? I hope it wont take very long.Health Question & Answer
