It could be strep throat or allergies. Around this time of the year, every year, I usually get a sinus infection from allergies. It makes my throat hurt really bad and I'm super tired no matter how much sleep I get. Yes, you are sick. Probably a strep throat or something. If it is, it will not cure itself. See a doctor. If you can't afford a doctor, go to a hospital emergency room. If that's no good, go to a free clinic. They're all over the place. You can find the address of a clinic in your area by searching the internet under 'free clinics'.
