For a 13 year old girl and 15 year old girl and 15 year old boy, is this normal body weight, height, etc?? 10p?!

Im just wondering if this is normal i have a few friends, and im wondering if this is normal for their age or not

13 year old girl:

height: 5"5
weight: 105lbs
- has a flat stomach
- has B going on to C bra cup

15 year old girl:

height: 5"6
weight: 115lbs
- almost flat stomach
- has B 34 cup size

15 year old boy:
height: 5"8
weight: 140 lbs
- has muscular stomach
- 4/6 pack

are they normal for their age.? every characteristic
