Question: How fast will fingernails grow.?
Because Ive been picking at the flecks on my nails, which was a bad idea because now the tip split it into two layers sort of. And it hurts when I accidentaly poke something because the lower laayer of the nail gets bent and causes my finger to hurt.Health Question & Answer

Mine grow very fast, but if yours don't, try taking vitamins A, E, C, D, or B-12. Eat fish because it is rich in Omega-3 which will make nails grow. also remember to drink 8 glasses of water per day! Hope this helps! Health Question & Answer
