CANKER SORES!!! HELP!?!

Question: CANKER SORES!!! HELP!.?

Ever since I was little I get painful canker sores. What helps them to heal.? They are usually so bad that I can't eat or talk without it being painful. I have a particularly painful one right now that is splitting my head in half. I have used salt water and hydrogen peroxide...even numbed it..but it only relieves me for 30 minutes or so. It's in the side of my cheek. I get them everytime I'm stressed, or bite & burn my mouth.

I get them too and my Dad introduced me to campho phenique. It is sold at drug stores and it is in a little green bottle with a yellow label on the bottle (as I may be spelling it wrong). You apply it with a q-tip, it will sting but they will disappear in a day versus days. It works great on cold sores too. I even use it on my 10 year old and it works for him too.Health Question & Answer

I feel your pain, I use to get them a lot!! Try liquid benadryl swish for pain!!!(Benadryl liquid allergy medicine)Then go to the vitamin shoppe and get some sls free tooth paste(I get Tom's of Maine)!!
Ever since I got sls free tooth paste I haven't had a problem!!!
