You're suppose to pass it to the left...
Seriously, weed will not cause shortness of breath; however, anxiety will. Most patients think that the marijuana is causing odd physiological situations, but it is actually the power of the mind fighting you to think that. Relax, it's weed. Unless it was laced with something (coke, PcP, etc) you will be fine. And if it was laced, time and rest are the only beneficial things for you at this time.
Marijuana induced hypoxia is purely a self-induced panic attack.Health Question & Answer

Babe, go to the hospital the weed my have been laced with coke, crack or meth. Weed is a stimulant you should feel relaxed and not having a shortness of breath; so if you are having palpitations you seriously need to get checked out. Your body may be having an adverse reaction to whatever the weed was laced with.
I hope you feel better!Health Question & Answer

definately not normal, (if you're referring to just weed that is...)

Don't worry too much, just have a good meal, drink lots of water, have a cool shower, and sleep for a good few hours. If you're still not back to normal after that...then you should start worrying.Health Question & Answer

No most of the time you loose the high between 1-4 hours after smoking, I've never heard of it lasting 22 hours, that is not normal at all.Health Question & Answer
