I listened to myself snore while I was asleep for like 15 minutes.. Has this ever happened to you. also, it seems as though there is someone in the room with me and when I try to talk or move, it feels as though a ton of bricks are holding me down. What is this.?Health Question & Answer

I have woken myself up by snoring, As for the "thing" you have had happen while you were in bed, I don't know. Some say sleep paralysis but I don't think so. I have had really strange things happen right before the point where I couldn't move. Its really terrifying and I hope you get some kind of resolution.Health Question & Answer
