5'3" is actually fairly short, for either a male or female.
I don't think there's a way to reduce height. You could always chop your legs off, but I don't advise that.
Don't worry about it. 5'3" isn't tall at all, actually. The average height for an American female is 5'5", and for a male it's 5'10". Trust me, you're not too tall, and you're not growing too fast. Your growth will slow down, you're just having your growth spurt at the moment.
