Question: Why am i thirsty so much.? how much liquid should you drink in a day.?
im really thirsty all the time, like no matter how much i drink im still thirsty. every day i drink 4 bottles of water and i drink 2-3 glasses of coke and some orange juice and apple juice. you would think i wouldn't be thirsty but i always am. and when i go to my best friends house the first thing she always does is get me a drink. You might be suffering from diabetes mellitus. Please check urine sugar as excessive thirst is the sign of diabetes. You can test blood sugar also.

I was thinking the same thing as the second person. Have your Doctor check for Diabetes. That and frequent urination are definate symptoms of Diabetes.
