Question: Teen with high blood pressure.? Advice.?
whenever I go to the doc I get SO nervous that it makes my BP high.....I am not that way though, I mean I am really skinny and I can feel my heart rate go crazy when I walk into a doc's office.....but what should I do to stop this.? How can I ease the nervousness.?
