Question: Help,i'm so stressed,it might be hurting my health....?
My mom's still trying to get over cancer,it's my senior year of high school,there are seven people in my family but my dad's across the country til december for school so i have more chores,work is flexible but nonetheless difficult,i haven't gotten my period in two months....
How on earth can I stay as unstressed as i possibly can.?
it's affected my period.like i said,i haven't had it in two months and i got it just tonight and my appetite changed again,cuz i feel like i'm starving even though i was really full earlier....idk what to do and how to keep calm.Health Question & Answer

This sounds like classic symptoms of anxiety. I suggest you do some deep breathing right now by taking some deep breaths, holding it for 5 seconds and letting it out slowly. A repetition of at least 5 is needed to calm yourself down at this moment in time. Then it is imperative that you are evaluated by a professional. I would venture to say the doctor would put you on an anxiety medication like Clonazepam. Anxiety goes hand in hand with Depression. From the information that you provided and I'm sure there's more....I would imagine that you have some Depression as well. The pain that your experiencing is just a symptom of what the underlying issues really are. This is nothing to be ashamed of because everyone needs assistance from a professional when they are in despair as you are right now. (I am speaking from experience). Please just promise to see your doctor or a Psychiatrist within the next couple days before you might do something you may regret. This is not necessarily something permanent by being on medication.
