Painful headache in back of head?!

Question: Painful headache in back of head.?
Lately, and every now and then, I get a pretty painful headache in the back of my head/neck area, on my right side. Now for some reason, for many years now, the muscle on the right side of my neck is bad, or a weak muscle. Alot of the time it feels tight and I have to stretch it as much as I can. Anyway, my question here is can these headaches be caused because of the tight muscle on my neck.? Health Question & Answer

I have same problem. You need to see a Dr. and rule out anything serious. Then go to a chiropractor. I went to one because my sister suffered from the same headaches and neck pain as me, and was relieved of the pain from a chiropractor. I found out that I had a fused vertabrae, arthritis, and was suffering from tension headaches. The chiropractor can help align your spine and that helps withe preasure nerve pts. or something like that. I find that what I attributed to migraines or sinus problems wasn't really all that. And now I don't need all the pain reliever pills!Health Question & Answer
