Iron tablets make me constipated, but I was wondering if intramuscular iron injections also cause constipation.?

I'm sure they would. Doesn't matter the route of the medication, the same side effects will occur. Best thing to do is find a mild stool softener and start taking that when you start getting the iron. That way they work in unison.
