Question: I feel suicidal all the time.?
Recently, after coming out of a relationship, I'v started to feel suicidal. I'll look at roads and think, ''I could jump out in front of that lorry and it'l all be over.'' I sleep all the time as a way of getting out of thinking about how i feel. my parents are worried about me and recently theyv noticed packets of paracetamol going missing because im taking up to 5 a day just because... i think just because i can. i feel nervous and stressed all the time because i miss my ex so much. i feel stupid thinking it but without him im nothing and no one wud miss me if i died. i dont know what to doHealth Question & Answer

You need to think about yourself. relationships come and go.....ever heard that "All relationships are good until they go bad.?"...it is true. You need to GET UP.....try some small steps...if that is all you can. More and more everyday. Some Ex's are going to be that.....just Ex's. Your life is not tied to one person.....Come On......I don't know how old you are.....but in time you will be able to look back on this and see what you learned. Don't think that! Talk to your friends and family (wouldn't they miss you.?) they'll understand, or a doctor, maybe you feel really bad right now, but eventually you'll start to get over your old relationship! : )Health Question & Answer
