Calm down Sweetheart! I admit it must be pretty scary to see what is going on, but first of all, before jumping to conclusions, you should get checked. Blood in the stool is not necessarily colon cancer, there are actually many reasons why this could happen, my husband recently had a similar problem, and in his case it came out to be gastritis, with possible ulcers. The good news is he didn't have ulcers, but it was a wake-up call for him to start eating right and build up good habits. I know how you feel because before I knew what he had, i looked up his symptoms on the web and wound up with thousands of life-threatening diseases, so I was a total wreck. On my advice, NEVER do this, your best bet is the doctor's opinion, and if you think your doctor may not be so accurate, seek a second opinion, but please, don't panic, don't put stress on your body, since that can create new symptoms and leave you feeling even worse.
