Sleep balance off track...?!


Question: Sleep balance off track....?
So lately, my sleep has been, well...Weird.

I've been sleeping mostly through the day, and staying up completely at night.

For example, last night I stayed up until about...Oh, say 5:00 in the morning.

Then I went to bed around 6:00 and slept till' about 1:00, then went back to sleep, and woke up around 4:00.

Any tips on what might be wrong with me and how I can improve my sleeping habits.? :3

in first step you need to check your blood pressure blood test, if it o k then go for a walk jogging in the daily morning. take heavy break fast in the morning, and in the lunch take light food, in the dinner take some salad and juice ( means very light diet). i also suggested you to if possible please join the Jim in the evening for exercise on daily basis. hope you will be feel better and not only your sleeping problem will be solved but also you will get extra energy and joy in your life. please try for one week and than tell me. Nothing's wrong. The only reason you stay up at night is because you sleep during the day.

Try staying up in the afternoon, eat candy, drink coffee, etc. =PHealth Question & Answer
