I CAN'T SLEEP... HELP!!!!?!


Question: I CAN'T SLEEP... HELP!!!!.?
I ruined my sleeping pattern!... I keep going to sleep at 1pm and waking up at 11pm. Then I stay up all night, until 1pm the next day!

I tried to stay till late, so I can sleep longer through the night, but I can't stay up longer than 2pm!!!

Help me!!!

What can I do.?.?...

Can I get sleeping pills.?... How do I get them.?

What things can I do to make sure I fix my sleeping pattern.?.?

you can get sleeping pills over the counter or from your doctor, but try doing it naturally first. ive had this happen many times as i often work night shifts. try having a cup of coffee in the afternoon, or have a friend hang out with you all afternoon and keep you busy so you dont go to bed so early. set a goal to stay up till, like 4pm, then 6pm, and so on until your going to bed at a time you like.

there is also a condition, i think its called Carcedian Rhythm Disorder (not entirely sure on that), that means your body will only sleep during the day, when you should be awake, and you are wide awake at night when you should be sleeping. if you think this is you, then talk to your doctor and he/she can help you get on a normal sleeping patternHealth Question & Answer

Whats your day like.? do you drink a lot of caffeine.? you are going to have to make yourself stay awake and go to bed at night to get back on a normal sleeping schedule.. sleeping pills are not good.. but if it continues you may want to try a tylenol pm or talk to a doctor.Health Question & Answer
