Question: I have a wooden skewer in my leg!.?
i posted this question but didnt get many answers. Ok i just made a spear launcher out of a balloon, 1 1/2 in pvc. For spears i used wooden skewers. Of course when you make something and you dont know if it hurts you do it on yourself right.? So i shot it into my leg about 1/8 of an inch in through my jeans. I know its stupid. Will this leave any splinters.?Health Question & Answer

We can't answer your question because most of us know that some of those little wooden skewers tend to splinter and some don't. We don't know if that particular one would splinter or not but most don't. Next time you experiment it would be a good idea to use an inanimate object like rice in an old sock. Kudos to you for using yourself as the subject instead of a helpless pet or other animal. Hope you have better luck next time. Health Question & Answer
