I've had that before too. I found out that I had a throat and sinus infection. also if you are congested it will cause that so will acid reflux. You should see a doctor to have it checked.
Oh yeah, one more possibility. The thyroid being enlarged. :0S I had that and thought I was going to strangle to death.
