The one thing I'd warn against is for your friend to not be driving the first time he smokes it, as the effects from it might affect his driving ability. Other than that he shouldn't have any troubles at all. I've never even heard of an allergic reaction from it.

Oh yeah, if your friend has asthma it could cause troubles for him. That's about it though.Health Question & Answer

Hey mate,
well i smoke weed and i often take a good laugh at all the hateful things about cannabis that has been said on the internet and yahoo answers,

there are actually many good things to use weed for, its an anti depressant and helps a lot of people.
i advise you, your friend, and all these haters on yahoo answers to take a good look at this and all the good things in marijuana

Edit: Shiddenblugg, are you retarded.? Marijuana is not a ******* gateway drug, never has, never will be, it is a persons own choice to go on to harder, and more serious drugs,

A very good rule to live by is to NEVER do any illegal action; never stealing, using drugs, or driving over the speed limit. Living by this rule leads to self respect and a good conscience. Why worry about allergic reactions caused by illegal action, which is far worse than an allergy attack!!!

When we casually do some small action, good or bad or meaningless, it's a one time thing, but if we do it again and then AGAIN, AND THEN AGAIN, we begin a habit.

Smoking something the first time is not a habit but the action becomes easier to do and soon turns into a habit, much to be regretted. I have known many people who innocently started with one smoke and before they knew how it happened, they were enslaved to an expensive, unhealthy habit, which changed their personality and ruined their lives.

I had a friend who stole something from a store, and to her sorrow, formed the habit of shop lifting. She was mortified, embarrassed, and ashamed, when she was arrested.

So, think twice, before you do a wrong thing. Sometimes a habit is formed before you are aware it is taking control of you.

You have one life. This is your one time around on the old earth. Don't throw it away on bad habits. Instead, form good habits by doing good actions, one at a time!

The more good habits you have, the more you and others will admire you!

I have never met one pot smoker I looked up to, admired or respected, have you.?
Health Question & Answer

Although complications can never be eliminated, I personally have never heard of physiological damage occurring as a result of smoking weed, aside from the obvious smoke damage to cilia, pharynx, esophagus, lungs, alveoli, etc..

Is this the type of explanation you are looking for.? if not please add more details.

Edit: allergic reaction.? this would be a first (that I have heard of) to occur from weed.Health Question & Answer

They could have a severe allergic reaction. I'm extremely allergic. I went to an outdoor concert back in the 80's in CA. We had to leave and go to the emergency room because I had a allergic reaction from someone around us smoking it. I got an itchy throat, hives and was having trouble breathing. It was horrible.
