Good to the drug store and get vicks throat spray. I numbs the throat just enough to take some of the pain away.Health Question & Answer
I put a spoon of ginger (fresh grated ginger works best, but powder is okay) and lots of honey in hot tea and drink that. It doesn't fix the cause of the sore throat, but it's soothing. If your throat/sinuses are draining, you can also gargle with warm salty water, it helps dry it up and that reduces irritation.Health Question & Answer
