Gram and Gramps are coming for Thanksgiving tomorrow.

I would feel awful telling them at such short notice, but my stomach is feeling like hell, and I've had diarrhea 5 or 6 times in the last few hours and I'm expecting more.

go and get some Imodium. It will help better then pepto. It may take a few doses but eventually, it will work and you will feel better.
