Sleeping problems? Help?!


Question: Sleeping problems.? Help.?
I am 14 years old, and for some reason, I have sleeping problems. When I was around 12 and 13, I could stay up till 3 in the morning and wake up at 6:00 with no problem. Now, I get tired way more. This may sound stupid, but some nights I go to bed at 8:00 or 7:45 (but not on weekends, since I don't have to get up for schoool.) I just get so tired Some people said this might be hormone issues, but I started puberty about 3 years ago, and have had my period for 2 years, I think after that most people my age stay up very late.?Health Question & Answer

School is enough to wear you out. Maybe you need a little more caffeine.
Maybe try to drink some coffee around 7:30 or so.
