I'm 13 years old and 5 feet tall. I most likely will not grow anymore than I already am. Is there any possible way I can grow at least another 4 inches.? Putting on heels as an answer is just a waste of my time. Thanks. Health Question & Answer

Girls usually stop growing at 15 so you can expect to grow for another 2 years. You should grow at least another 2 inches and hopefully it will be at least 4 inches.
Plenty of protein (meat, eggs and milk), calcium (milk) and zinc (red meat, oysters, mussels and nuts) will help your potential growth and a deficiency can stunt it.
