Drink plenty of orange juice-buy a movie or rent one and relax for the afternoon. Eat some chicken noodle soup for a lite lunch, and get some soft kleenex, as you will need it! Pamper yourself for the weekend, and hopefully by Monday you will have kicked it! I have also use the homeopathic remedy called Zycam-which comes in many forms-u can get this at any drug store. Good luck, and relax!Health Question & Answer

Plenty of fluids.
A remedy that works for me is a "tea' called Joshanda, it's available from Indian shops- the Indian community swear by it and most of my family use it. If you are old enough try this: Before going to bed, Mug of hot water, a large shot of brandy and about 3 teaspoons on sugar. It will help sweat it out of you.Health Question & Answer
