Feet - craked and rouff?!
Question: Feet - craked and rouff.?
Ok I usually don't get cracked heals in the winter but its different this time around. I started noising my heall getting ruff as usual so i went to smoth it out with a Emery bord like this:

my hole left foot was i dont know poeling or what not but then its craked the heall and my big tow. I dont think my right one is but im not sure what is casing it and what to do about it.

If it is only happening in the winter, you might check the lining material in your boots. The same thing happened to me, and it turned out that I was allergic to the lining material. Even through my socks it caused this eczema-type reaction.Health Question & Answer
