Question: What foods should I eat for strengthening my hair and fingernails.?
I seem to be losing more of my hair when brushing my hair and I've noticed my fingernails will sometimes bend and have lost their strength. Are there particular foods that will reverse this problem.?Health Question & Answer

Protein!

In addition to meats, there are several other foods that are packed with protein. Garbonzo beans, kidney beans (all beans, really), almonds, cashews, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, barley, brown rice, beets, artichokes.. There are so many things :)
