Question: How can I have high fever if I'm totally freezing.?
During the last 5 or 6 weeks i've been having on and off fever. And like the temperature is extremely high. Now that not what I'm worried about, i know why I'm sick. I was just wondering, like how can I have high fever if I'm totally freezing.?.? Is that what "fever" is all about or is there something wrong with me.?.?Health Question & Answer

VERY normal. Yes, when the fever is going up--you are chilled or very cold. And when the temperature breaks or is coming down--you are hot and sometimes get soaking wet from it.Health Question & Answer

First of all, having a fever off and on for 5 weeks, is not normal. You mentioned that you know why you are sick but, still this is way too long for having what ails you.
You really need to see your Doc soon. If you do not have a Doc, then seek medical treatment at your nearest Emergency Room. They cannot deny you medical care.
To answer your question, it is normal to experience chills or feeling cold during a fever. This is the body's way of trying to cool it's self and, sweating is another way of our body to cool itself down.

when you get a fever you get chills try a cover up with allot of blankets

don't let you fever get past 105 F and if it does go to the hospital
