Your heart is beating faster to get enough blood around everywhere because the pressure is low. It's trying, but cant't do enough. The headaches and dizzyness are due not enough blood getting up there. The chest pain may well be your heart complaining it's not getting enough blood supply to it's own tissues. Drink plenty to get the blood volume up and increase the pressure, and see the doctor asap. You need help,quick................................. BTW love to Scouseland. well blood pressure is the force of your circulating blood on the walls of your blood vessels so low blood pressure is low force and your pulse rate is just how many times your hear beats in a minute and high depending on the person is usually classified as over 100 cause a healthy pulse is between 60 and 100 beats per minute and your other symptoms there head pain is it on one side or both.? if one its probably a migraine have a coffee or something with caffeine lol ive found it really helps with migraines but not other types of headaches ear pain can also be alot of thing but since you mention dizziness its probably something in your inner ear so go to a doctor get them to check out your ear with a otoscope chest pain could be muscular pain so try massaging the area that hurts if that helps maybe try using a localized cream like icy hot or something of those sorts to help with muscle pain if it doesnt help then consider seeing your doctor hope I helped :)

jonal you cant be so dang quick to assume stuff lol dizziness and headaches have WAY more causes then what you said since there dizziness as well as ear pain its easier to assume that its something in her middle ear which would cause pain and definitly dizziness and as for the chest pain once again there could be causes to not worry about (muscular pain such as pain of the intercostal muscles or pectorals) i hate how everyone on this site just assumes the worst always.Health Question & Answer
