How can I wake up faster ?!


Question: How can I wake up faster .?
I have to wake up at 6:00. And it takes me 30 mintunes to wake up wat can i do.Health Question & Answer

Go to bed earlier and set your alarm for 5:30 so you have 30 minutes to lie in bed before getting up. If you want you can keep an energy drink or a soda next to you so you can sip it a little bit in case you feel yourself drifting off. I have to get out of bed at 6 so I set my alarm for 5:30, wriggle around a little bit, then drag myself out of bed. And if I'm still tired after that I take a cold shower to wake me up. Works great...But turn the warm water on when you feel awake so you don't get a cold.Health Question & Answer

set your clock sooner and put it ahead an hour. go to bed at 11pm no later. Health Question & Answer
