What is a normal amount to fart?!

farting is caused by the bacteria in you intestines making gass. they feed of everything but especially dietary fibre. You also need this to process food. He's probably adjusting to a new diet, if they are really loud and smelly then usually this is the case. The reason farting is usually pushed to side (apart from silliness) it that is doesnt matter. its a byproduct of all the the other processes going on. You can be completely healthy and have a type of bacteria that loves to make you fart. So in answer to your question, everyone farts differently depending on their bacteria. Uhm i think i end to fart about 10 times a day. But if it stinks it could be on the food. Still ,tell him to release it more while pooing and not around you.
