Hopefully it'll be all gone tomorrow. If you're a milk drinker, have some hot chocolate, or just warm milk and go to sleep.
These sorts of aches and pains usually go away in a couple days. If it's still there on Monday, see your doctor. If it's way worse tomorrow, go to the ER, or your insurance's "Urgent Care."
