I am anorexic and I know I need help, I just started to see a therapist, but she doesn't really help. I know I need to eat more but I just can, and the thought just makes me full. I never just starved myself, just restricted to fat free or low fat and calorie foods. I'm only 14 and weigh 84 lb 5ft 1 in and am a vegetarian ... .I am obsessed with counting calories and fat(not letting myself exceed 5 grams per day) and I don't know what I should and shouldn't eat. NOthing I have read anywher has helped me at ALL! Please will someone help me and give me likea meal plan or food suggestions and grams/calories per day becasue I just don't want to get all fat and am really scared! PLEASE ANSWER SOON!!! also, i never exercised excessivley(I hate exercising):)Health Question & Answer

i'm 15 and 85 pds - ik where you're coming from. i'm basically in the same situation. scared beyond belief to gain even the slightest weight even though the weight i'm at is not healthy for my height (5'6) and age. i'm not a vegetarian though, i don't like fruits or veggies.

Well, you're getting therapy so that is a really good start. You said you Just started though, so give it a little time before you say shes not helping you. Anorexia is a really big thing! Nothings going to make it go away in a day. Some people dont ever get a cure from it. Even after going to facility's dedicated to helping people overcome the problem. Really, You just need to realize everybody eats. You're already skinny! Most people need at least 2000 calories a day. Until you get comfortable in your own skin I think you're gonna have that problem..
I think you should do like that person said and get some kind of nutritionist to help you. They will make you out a wonderful plan, and I assure you it will be healthy! Health Question & Answer
