I have a neighbor who smokes on his deck and refuses to smoke away from his deck. I can close my windows and his smoke does not bug me when I do this.Am I lucky that the smoke is only on the outside of my windows.?Health Question & Answer

If it is what are you wanting from the guy.? he is not smoking in the building reeking smoke through it .

Yes you are lucky , he could stand outside your front door & blow smoke through the cracks if he knew you were being so petty!
Where would you prefer he smoke.? Obviously you would prefer he did not smoke at all , but that is not your call.
Give the guy a break! try to talk to him, you may find you have a very good neighbor , & a nice guy, & become good friends. Then if he realizes how much it bothers you he may do himself a favor & quit! & then you will both be happier & healthier!^Health Question & Answer

yah, i wouldn't make a big deal of it. if that is your only problem, when dealing with city living, you got it made.Health Question & Answer
