Your body takes in toxins from everything you eat, drink and even breathe in on a daily basis. Your body needs a way to push these toxins out and replenish it with fluids. So you drink in water and your body gets rid of the whatever it doesn't need nor want. Not always is it toxins, even if you eat healthy your body doesn't always need left over vitamins so instead of building up in your system your body simply gets rid of what it doesn't need.
So drinking water keeps your body toxin free and healthy. Health Question & Answer
