Clammy hands? PLEASE HELP!?!
Question: Clammy hands.? PLEASE HELP!.?
Ok so naturally I have really clammy sweaty hand and I'm wiping them off all the time. I know that sounds really gross, cause it is.
I've tried washing my hands longer so the moisture can leave, which it does, but that ends up making them red around my knuckles and they become rough and get cuts all over.
So I've been putting on lotion and petroleum jelly on often, and I keep going back and forth from really clammy to really dry. I just want smooth, nice hands but I can't seem to get it there. Honestly, its so embarrassing when someone goes to hold, shake or high-five my hand.
also, I drink A LOT of water because I play a lot of sports and run, does that have anything to do with it.?Health Question & Answer

My daughter has the same thing. Something she has to live with. Doctor said, the sweat glans are over producing. Surgery can remove those sweat glans in her hands but she wouldn't go for it. Good luck!!!Health Question & Answer
