Bloody Nose Almost Everyday?!
Question: Bloody Nose Almost Everyday.?
For the past week, I have had a bloody nose everyday except Thursday. I just got one a few minutes ago. They aren't very heavy, but I'm getting sick of this. I have a humidifier going in my room every night, and I put Vaseline every few days. also, they only happen in my left nostril. It is never in my right. I've already gotten one at school, and I really don't want another one in school. Is there any other way to make these stop.?Health Question & Answer

Put Vaseline on everyday and when you get a bloody nose, get a towel, toilet paper, etc., sit down, pace the towel on your nose, hold it a little bit higher than usual, and grip really hard/ firmly. Sometimes it helps to put ice on your forehead. How to prevent it is to avoid high places and wash your forehead with cold water every time you get even a little bit hot. I always put a small amount of vicks vapor rub in my nose when the air is dry to avoid this problem. I know the jar says not to,but I've been doing it for years and it really does help.Health Question & Answer
