Question: Wut does trans gender mean.?
I met this person from youtube, and they look like a girl. I met with them on aim and they said that he/she is transgender. I asked the person what that was, and he said that hes a guy born in a girls body. wut does that mean.? wut does he have diff.? he looks exactly like a guy. i know i sound stupid but thanks !!Health Question & Answer

Transgender also means Transexual. It means he or she at some point in life decided to become the opposite sex.
It means that a girl or a boy at a young age wants to be the opposite sex.
Like a little girl may decide to become a boy. Later in life, she might take hormones called Testesterone = The male hormone. (and a guy will take Estrogen = the female hormone) Over time she'll grow more hair and muscles and it may affect her voice.
this is a lifestyle they choose for themselves :D
lol it's hard to tell the differenc, because someone may look like a woman but with a man's voice (might even have male parts).
