behind them whatsoever!Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Nope. There's actually good scientific evidence an explanations supporting the ideas that omega 3 and antioxidants improve health. It's well-known that free radicals in cells contribute to cell damage and aging, and antioxidants bind with those to clean them out of your cells. There's also reason to believe that omega 3 fatty acids are helpful to brain and nerve health, and that they are deficient in most diets.

However, these things are not exactly medication. As with most supplements, some people will benefit from them more than others, and people who eat a balanced diet will probably not notice a lack of these supplements in their daily health. I personally think both supplements can be very beneficial, but I'm not one of those "I must take six supplements every day to maintain my health" kind of people.

Interestingly, it's also very well-proven that omega 3 can drastically help some women with premenstrual issues. It doesn't work for all women, but I have a friend and an aunt who both swear by omega 3 fish oil pills.Health Question & Answer
