I worked with a security guard who had a second job with the fire department. He failed a drug test, claiming he had the presence of THC in his system. He knew he didn't smoke pot, so the fire department started an investigation into the matter.
Ultimately he was able to keep his faire fighting position, but quit working at the club to avoid future problems of this nature.
While it is rare to get drug positive test results from second hand contact, it is possible with frequent exposure to the drug. I would guess that just hanging out with your friends during a single experience in a parking garage will not illicit unwanted results.
