Why am I so random Can u help me?!

I like would be thinking of one thing and then thing of like 20 different things and then start talking about one of them and nobody knows what im talking about. For example if i see a phone in my head i would think hey its a phone u know im not that fast of a texter my cuzzo is what school was it that she was going to.? my dentist is weird he asks me about school ... hey didn't so and so go to that dentist they were in my 8th grade class (and then a train of things would follow and i would blurt out something like hey do y'all remember so and so.?... I also forget alot of stuff easily but remember smallest details from long ago. ok im done sorry for keep rambling on and on ... let me stop.Health Question & Answer
