For a day.? How about for a week.?Health Question & Answer
Answers:
As a caffeine addict myself, If I do not have any form of caffeine throughout the day, by 10a, I have no energy to do anything, by 1 in the afternoon I have a monstrous headache, by five I feel weak and sick, and very cranky. I can't really sleep because the headache is so bad, so i have to have caffeine to go to sleep (how ironic). As addictions go, I have never went an entire two days without caffeine with the exception of two times, once when I had to have surgery and stayed with my mother, who refused to give me caffeine because of supposed medicine interactions, and once when I was sick and couldn't hold down fluids. I have met people who have given up caffiene and they said that after a week, the horrible side effects had stopped. I've also heard the same thing happens with people who stop smoking, they stop physically jonesing after a week.Health Question & Answer
well for a day i'm just really cranky.
... and to tell you the truth i cant go for a week.
i think its like any other addiction.
i don't think its super bad but caffeine is a substance my body is used to and it needs.
so i don't think Ive ever gone a week straight.
i'm guessing i would get annoyed by little things, and maybe experience fatigue.Health Question & Answer
