Question: Teaching sis how to massage.?
i have a really soar neck/shoulders/upper back and my mom is busy so i wanted my sis to massage it but the only problem is she sucks at massaging. iv tried explaining it to her but she just awkwardly rubs it lol. do u have any tips for me on how to explain it so she would understand more clearly.? thanks a bunchaloo!Health Question & Answer

Make her lay down. Straddle her hips and start with her temples. Gentle circular motions and every once in a while rub across her forehead with your thumbs and return to the temples. Move down to the muscles behind her ears. Keep your motions circular and fluid as possible, taking your time and getting her to relax.
