Question: 1. Do I Have OCD.? 2. Do You have to be born with OCD.? 3. Can you Get OCD during your life.? 4. Can you get.....?
...Rid Of OCD.? 5. If so, Can it come back.?
Ok so on Friday My Niece Was Born... Ever since she was born I've HAD to wash my hands before and after i hold her. Nobody told me to wash my hands I just had to and couldn't stop myself. After I wash my hands people usually hand her right to me. If she doesn't get handed right to me i just sit there and don't touch anything. Then when she gets handed to me.. for some reason i have to wash them again.
And when i wash my hands for some reason now i have to wash the inside for a certain amount of seconds, the outsides seperately with the same amount of seconds as the inside. Each time i wash my hand there are different amount of seconds though.
also in March I had a hamster die. :( But before she died she got out of her cage once from me not closing the door. I kept worrying that she was gonna get out so i would have to check her cage door continuously. I also did the hand washing thing with her.
I wash my hands so much they get dry, crack, and bleed^^
also, I worry a lot..and cry a lot.. Yesterday I cried over basically nothing.
