i wake up just to spit and i dont run out of loogey

I really don't think that milk here is the answer-every time my kids got sick with the runny noses and drooling,and breathing issues, the doc always told me to limit the milk, something in the milk causes the fluids in ours mouths to thicken-
And unless something has changed in the years, I would try to stick to clear liquids, stay away from the yogurt, and see a doctor if this keeps up, you may have an infection, bronchitis,or something of the like.

Drink more milk..unless you've been going over board on it. in which case cut down.
